According to Rightmove properties in Wimbledon had an overall average price of £795,536 over the last year. The majority of sales in Wimbledon during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £473,504, although we’ve certainly valued several properties, even recently for significantly less than that. Terraced properties sold for an average of £912,052, with semi-detached properties fetching £1,160,829.
