This is a routine property valuation that can be carried out in any circumstances. It may be needed for a re-mortgage, or for agents operating under a Power of Attorney. It may just be that the homeowner wants to get a valuation without talking to estate agents. These valuations are particularly useful where there are several parties interested in either buying or selling the property. These are usually family members who may all have different ideas about the value of the property.
