Licenses for Alterations

Managing agents and freeholders often find it convenient to sub contract the vetting of alterations proposed by flat owners. Properly vetted alterations can then be incorporated into formal licences/deeds of variation to leases. Depending on the wording of lease documents, premiums may be charged by freeholders.
