Wimbledon Valuation Surveyor Found

Scrivener Tibbatts – Chartered Surveyors are very pleased to announce that Zah Azeem will be joining us as a valuation surveyor on Monday 8 June 2015.

Zah’s immediate (2014/15) work experience was in preparing valuations for lease extensions, freehold enfranchisement following applications and counter claims made under provisions to be found in the ’93 Act.   He has assisted to prepare valuations for inheritance tax and capital gains tax and ‘other’ Red Book Valuations in addition.

Zah has an MSc in real estate from Kingston University and he will now be studying to take his APC for admission to full membership of RICS next year and we will be giving him our full support in this difficult process.  MRICS qualifications are not handed out lightly.

We are very much looking forward to Zah assisting us in our ever increasing workload.

We expect to be advertising for yet another graduate surveyor to assist us in dealing with the increasing number of appointments we are receiving daily/weekly in respect of party wall matters and procedures in accordance with the provisions of the Party Wall Etc……. Act 1996.

Accordingly, we would be pleased to receive CV’s from anyone interested in furthering their career with a modern, thriving firm of Chartered Surveyors in Wimbledon.
